Alex Smith Traded to Chiefs
Well, it looks like the deal is done.
https://twitter.com/intent/user?scre...w_p=tweetembed Jay Glazer @JayGlazer 49ers have completed a trade with the Chiefs for Alex Smith, tho can't be official til March 12. Chiefs really made a commitment to Smith Jay Glazer @JayGlazer Deal has been agreed upon between Chiefs and 49ers. Compensation unclear but I'm told again Chiefs have made a clear commitment to Smith. |

Tell us again how trading for the 21st best QB (according to you) is a good thing.

Yea that isn't happening. As I've stated before, the discussion of the compensation has to do with what triggers the jump from a third round pick, to a 2nd round pick next year. Meaning the exact performance required by Smith.

If you guys think that alex smith is the 21st best qb in the league, then matt cassell is 32nd.....

Worse. I would put Henne AND Gabbert above Cassell.

Not sure I'd go that far.
Gabbert is terrible and Henne isn't far behind. |

In the regular season, Kaep had 215 yards per game and 1.25 TDs a game...is he a game manager?
