Lemonade Recipes
So we moved into a new house in July and we recently discovered that one of the bushes in the back yard is acutally a dwarf lemon tree. And it's jam packed with lemons. So we recently picked 3 grocery bags full of them and we're only about 1/2 way through the tree.

I've been experimenting with lemonade recipes. Anyone have any suggestions? I've googled around a bit and

So far my favorites are the variations that include cooking the sugar, water and the lemon rinds then adding the juice later.

Any other suggestions?

LEMONADE PIE
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip topping
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) frozen concentrate lemonade/limeade
Mix Cool Whip and Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, then add lemonade concentrate to mixture. Put mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate.
PINK LEMONADE PIE
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 sm. can (6 oz.) frozen pink lemonade, thawed (can use limeade)
1 sm. container cool whip
1 can condensed milk
Mix together thawed pink lemonade, cool whip, and condensed milk. Beat until smooth and pour into pie shell. Freeze until firm. Garnish with lemon slices and freshment. Great on a hot, summer day.
