Herm: This was a hard fought game today. We had some turnovers that cost us the game. I'm flustrated with the way we moved the ball on offense today. Our quarterback went down with an injury and we couldn't overcome that.

Q: What's the status on Damon Huard.
Herm: I don't want to comment on that until we know more. I know you guys have a job to do, but I don't like to comment on injuries where I don't know the full extent of the injury.

Q: Will Brodie Croyle play next week?

Herm: If Damon can't go, yes. But I don't like a starter to lose his job because of injury.

Q: Wouldn't you agree that the offense moved the ball much more effectively with Brodie?

Herm: I'm not so sure about that. Brodie made some mistakes, threw an interception.
