I think the bottom of the rotation will last. Every team has questions about the bottom half of there rotation, let's not pretend the Royals are the worst. Right now it all depends on the defense and producing runs.

I think we should send Bryan Pena or TPJ down and call up Mitch Maier. Dude's on a bit of a hot streak and would play infinitely better outfield defense than Bloomquist.

i agree with that. especially if Guillen really has a torn hip flexor, that is a 6 to 8 week injury to get totally healthy. he could certainly play RF, and his OBP would help a team that desperately needs it.

Heck, I'm including Hochevar. I'm not sure we can expect him to improve much on his 5.5 ERA last year when he couldn't even make the team out of spring training.

I don't get what the organization loves about TPJ? He's one of the guys you can "race" in the base running sim. They had a bobblehead day for him and everything. Pretty disturbing.

Are you this dense? Sometimes players are sent to the minor leagues to develop. Especially players who have only been playing professional baseball for 2 years.

Is that what you meant by a 1-hitter?
Billy is looking pathetic right now. It's getting to the point where I'm thinking they should send him down and bring up Kila Ka'aihue. Of course Kila is only hitting .125 in 2 games so far. |
