Pulled nail out of my head but no blood. Plug it or not?
Today I was in a salvage yard looking for some spare auto parts when suddenly one of the forklifts got stuck in a rut and a big old pallet fell off the tines in front of me and a 1/4" nail struck me in the head as it fell.

It didn't pierce my skull and when I checked for blood with a tissue there was none.

Should I go get some stitches, just rub some dirt on it or apply a Bandaid?

I'm not wobbly and when I run I don't lean to one side or the other. I also don't hear any hissing noise, feel dizzy or see any pus?

Please let me know?
