Funhouse even? It's dark w/ neon lights everywhere and they used to have a toy mechanical riding-bull.

Cici's or Pizza Street (I kinda think they're the same place.) All the pizza you want for like $2.99 each. It's horrible, but hey there's an arcade from 1983!!!!!
