I had to walk away from the Royals after the game last night. Just too infuriating to really say anything last night.

This team is folding like a cheap suit. Offense is just crapping itself constantly.

My thoughts:

Aoki, Gordon, Butler and Willingham are the only players in this lineup who can work a pitcher at all right now. All should be in the lineup everyday.

If this means Hosmer spends some games on the bench and is a late-inning defensive replacement, that's fine. He's basically Doug Mientkiewicz at this point, except with a much more ****ed-up swing.

If this means Willingham plays some RF, that's also fine. Though that would preclude getting Aoki in the lineup.

His move was legal - he looked home but only moved towards second. He double clutched when he looked at second when he realized Dyson was caught in no-man's land. He's not required to throw to second like he is to first or third, where that double clutch would have been enough for a balk.
