ChiefsPlanet Rep thresholds should be raised - Page 2

I know this is basically unimportant and I barely care about rep myself, but if we are going to have rep, then it should mean something. Checking around a bit recently I noticed that almost everyone who has been here longer than a few months (who I checked anyway) has the max rep level.

Maybe the various levels we have, whatever they are (I only know about the silly "rep heist" level because almost everyone has it) should be raised. I'd think only the greatest posters of chiefs planet, fine glorious net citizens who we all adore such as Rain Man, AustinChief, and a few others, should have reached the pinnacle of chiefsplanet rep.

Some random dude like me (who is sorta known, but not really) shouldnt have the top rating comparable to our most beloved members, I should be at least 2 or 3 rungs lower.

If we are acknowledging that the rep-system is pointless and broken, we should replace poster rep with post rep.

Where posters don't get rep, but their content does.

Here's a mod that looks like it could work well, with a thumbs up, down functionality plus a lot of other things.
