Anyone feel like being spontaneous? 1000 mile ride in less than 24 hours.
Decided last minute to try and tackle the saddle sore challenge which is to ride 1,000 miles in 24 hours. I am heading out tomorrow at 5 A.M.... if anyone one wants to join me then hit me up via PM and I'll get you the details.

This is the route I am taking:


1. Wichita, KS
2. Salina, KS
3. Weskan, KS
4. Dodge City, KS
5. Sublette, KS
6. Liberal, KS
7. Pratt, KS
8. Hutchinson, KS
9. Emporia, KS
10. Wichita, KS

Total 991 miles (not including the miles it will take to get to the top of Mount Sunflower from Weskan which is about 17)

Greensburg.... did not even think of rolling through there.

Might have to rethink my route....

If you do, can you at least snap some pics for me? Just saw you were going to be near Pratt, and that's pretty close.

I'm just curious if they're rebuilding much yet. Their television show is woefully behind and there aren't a ton of pics out there from any recent date.

I guess I don't understand which route you're taking? That's not the order of each stop on your trip is it? Weskan is almost in Colorado and GB is back in central Ks and then back out to Liberal? Wow.
