The longer the silence goes on, the more I think it is Howland. There is no way UCM keeps quit about Anderson leaving this long. They would leak it...both to show how great UCM is (hey look, our coach just got hired at an SEC school!), and to spite Mizzou..There is plenty of non sports rivalry and resent between the sister schools in Missouri system.

At least that is my hope. I could just be grasping at straws here.

There have been rumors of Marshall, but I think Howland is more likely. I'm not convinced we'll find out today.

And one would hope that the more secret it is, the less likely it is that the candidate is Anderson.

I think we will know as soon as the curators approve the contract. Whoever the coach is, they need to hit the recruiting trail now.
