I remember because when I first arrived at this forum, Taco John had yet to crow about how great Jake Plummer was. That wasn't until a bit later when he started getting up in our grills. He was fresh off on a tear about TrINT Green and nobody could stop him.

Have you ever met Taco John on this forum? He hasn't made a football post in quite some time, so I don't know if you have. You would have liked him. Nobody knew the ways of the troll better than Taco John back then.

Have no evidence (other than the injury that kept him out for a year, and age) but I don't see Manning starting every game this year, Or any year from now on. I think injuries start to pile up, especially as players get older.

Manning played with his neck injury for two or three years before having it fixed. It is fixed now. He is fine. He is in better shape physically than he has been in the past 5 years. Not just his neck but he had some knee issues in 2010 as well. It is all fixed now.

Kyle Orton came to Denver in 2009 and started the season 6-0. Some rookie QB's can come into the league and light it up from day one.

Peyton Manning should have no trouble adjusting to a new place. He has been working out away from the facility with guys since March. Will he be as comfortable with DT, Decker, and Dreessen as he was with Wayne, Marvin, and Clark? No. But it will be good enough, and he already knows Tamme and Stokely. Both of those guys will help the WR's and TE's a lot.

Again, he was dealing with nagging injuries for two or three years and never missed a start. Everything that was bothering him has been fixed. The year off was a blessing in disguise.

Kyle Orton wasn't running Peyton Manning's offense, moron.

There's no reason why Manning can't eventually replicate the Colts offense in Denver. But it's going to take time. At least half of a season.
