I'll give Frank credit today. I caught the postgame and he said "We didn't foul, and didn't get beat off the dribble". They lost Haslip twice early in the 2nd half and then never game him another look.

Tip of the cap, Frank.

And credit to Angel on the defensive end. Last game against Baylor, not one of our guards stayed in front of Jackson. For the most part, Angel was on Jackson, and he did a really nice job considering Jackson is definitely quicker.

Since I had to watch it on ESPN3, I just saw the highlights of ART's travel. The official right in front of the play, the official watching ART right in front of him, didn't call the travel.

It came from the trailing official. (yes it was a travel, kinda, sorta, letter of the rule kinda travel). I was just a little taken aback that the call came from the official trailing the play and the official who was running with ART the entire way.

Don't need an MU win. This team is in. Good schedule, weak field and a certain 20 wins. I mean, it's not like I wouldn't take a win in Columbia, but I don't think it's a necessity for KSU to get a bid.

Even though I've been one of his biggest detractors; Definite tip of the hat to Angel with his 15 points on 7 of12 shooting with 6 assists, 4 steals, 4 turnovers and some pretty damn good D.

Yup, get the 2(hopefully 3) more regular season W's, coupled with 2 wins over top 10 teams, and it's not a concern. I even see them getting one of the WTF 6 or 5 seeds that they usually hand out.

An MU win puts KSU in with likely a decent seed.

I didn't mean that we needed a win at MU to get in. I was meaning we're capable of pissing down our leg against ISU, AtM, or Okie St. If we lose @ Mizzou (which I expect, though certainly hope I'm wrong) and then were to lose two of those three, we would be on the wrong side of the bubble.

I'ma show you. I'll put a big bet on the Tigers on the money line. They're damn near guaranteed to lose.
