You should see the tears I have now from laughing at your stupidity. Go back to the kids table and argue with donk fans over which one of you will finish last in the division.

The kid suffered a spiral fracture. That is documented. Spiral fractures are pretty common in child abuse cases and is caused by either twisting or jerking an extremity.

If I had to venture a guess, and this is pure speculation, the kid was in trouble for something and was pulling away from his dad; dad is frustrated and yanks the kid back by the arm. The problem is, dad is a pro athlete and doesn't realize his own strength, especially under effect of adrenaline due to aggravation from kid. Kid winds up with a broken arm.

While the outcome wasn't intentional, it still isn't OK. It is child abuse.

Yea because basically her entire goal is to cause strife and push the stupid personal shit because she is a shitty reporter.

If any of them would take 5 minutes to look up how DFS operates. Number 1, they take their sweet ass time doing anything. #2 removing a kid from a house for a portion of time while an investigation happens is all normal stuff.

There is nothing here that isn't out of the norm for people that are never charged with anything and get their kids back.

Well, no.

For one, this isn't MO DFS.

This is KS DCF.

Two, there are pretty strict legal requirements to remove a child from a home. It is to protect the child. DCF under the Brown back administration had a bad habit of either losing kids or them dieing so the current administration has put a very high priority on turning things around at DCF.

Ultimately, the goal is family preservation, but the child's safety is paramount.

Yea which is why it's pretty normal for the child to be with another family member while this is going on, it's nothing out of the ordinary for a situation like this.

Is the spiral fracture documented, Mr. Fat Elvis?

Documented how?

I may be mistaken, but I believe it was in some of the police reports.

I see a lot of child abuse cases so I could be misremembering things.

A personal history regarding spiral fractures.

When my daughter was 4 she had issues with balance because of issues with her ears. She was walking past my wife and I, pretending to need to use the bathroom for the 10th time, but it was really just an excuse to not go to bed.

As she walked past we said something to her, and she turned her head to look back, and literally just fell down. But, I heard a popping or snapping sound, and she immediately said she hurt her leg and couldn't stand on it.

We took her to her pediatrician's the next day, they took x-rays and she her leg was fine, and she should try to put weight on it. And we proceeded to make her walk on her leg for 2 weeks.

Finally, we went back to her pediatrician's office, and they suggested she may have hit her head when she fell, and she was dragging her leg as she walked as a result from head trauma. This sounded wrong to my wife and I, so we drove her to Children's Mercy. We took her original x-ray with us.

The pediatric radiologist looked at her original x-ray and diagnosed a spiral fracture without seconds. That's not hyperbole. He explained that a normal radiologist really wasn't trained on reading x-rays of children so young, so they often miss spiral fractures.

She was immediately put into a cast, she chose hot pink, and in 8 weeks her spiral fracture was healed.

My point being twofold; either the spiral fracture was bad enough that it could be read and diagnosed easily by a radiologist, or the child has been thoroughly checked for spiral fractures by a pediatric radiologist, probably based on other visible abuse markers.

I am not saying Hill had anything to do with it, or the mother, as it is entirely possible for a child to obtain a spiral fracture without being abused.

This just makes me feel like this situation is a money grab by the grandmother or both the mother and grandmother. Because child support for a person making a couple of million per year, is 5 figures monthly.

Brooke’s title in her article says kid removed from Hills care. When if you actually read the article it says he was temporarily removed and placed with a relative because of ongoing matters. Temporarily not permanent. I swear Brooke hates Hill with a passion

She'd get child support with or without an abuse claim.

Jesus this thread is as bad as the last one.
