A good friend of mine's business is literally right next door. He said he heard the insurance hadn't settled yet, and as soon as it does, the re-building will kick in. Ollie makes a shit ton off that location, and he doesn't want to miss out on the entire baseball season.

Well damn if they havent even started to clean up and are waiting on investigations and inspections/estimates, they're not gonna be rebuilt back up in time for Royals season I wouldn't think. Maybe majority of Chiefs season.

Takes a while. LC's burgers burnt 9 months ago and just now reopened. They werent able to touch it for months either until insurance came around.
