If he runs the under it is not a 4-3. It is an attacking defense using 3-4 personnel

You cannot have 0 pass rush coming from a DE spot in the 4-3. Nor can you have a guy 270 lbs in coverage like Houston. Houston has to play DE in the 4-3. Period.
