Warcraft Wall Stickers

Ok, I have posted twice in the past on this.. but the site is now officially LAUNCHED... www.walltoons.com

Besides spamming the Warcrat forums sites and some "in game" marketing...

Does anyone have any good ideas on how I can market this?

I am thinking of a referral network where anyone who refers 10 people who purchase a Walltoon... will get their own WallToon for free...

Anyone think that will fly?

Any other good ideas?

Good people of the Planet... I am counting on you for inspiration!

thanks,
Kyle

That's a good idea!

I was also thinking, if it starts to take off a bit... hiring a pretty girl (aka stripper) to go to all the Warcraft related events and such...

.. but I was trying to think of good ways to get word of mouth going ASAP... then concentrate on the giveaways and conventions once I know the business model has some legs to it...

Well if you have authority from Blizzard to do it, they can link it for you like they do sister sites..

Youtube video?

I am betting that a catchy production could be made on the cheap.

Just got done reading through you FAQ's. I'd love it you could add Guild Wars on your list of games. I have some guild mates that would probably jump on that!

I am working on it... the problem is there is no GuildWars armory (like WoW has)... so I can't pull all your character data.

Without that, I can't recreate your character... I am working on an export utility that will let you export your character data and send it to me.. then I can rebuild a model of it.... but we aren't there yet.

If you can somehow provide a screenshot of your charcter in 8000+ X 8000+ resolution...

Until then, I will keep ya posted...

Those could potentially be very popular in the gaming community.

They are like fatheads, yes?

Yep, they are except they are exact replicas of your character as he/she is in-game at that moment.

Here is a VERY LOW RES sample...

The hard part for me is that now that I have a tested and working model and system in place.. I need to find good ways to spread the word... I think I will spend the next 24 hours building the referral system just in case I go that route...

I'll have to see if I can get a good screenshot of my Assassin. I'll let you know if I can come up with something decent.

This is a great idea and the gaming community will jump all over this!

An Idea for you, post on some WoW forums. See if you get some takers?
