Well for one, I only get to play when my kids aren't around to watch (don't want to give them nightmares, been through that already!) so it takes me considerably longer to get through a game than most people. In other words, I can make a short game seem long.

Also, in terms of game length, how much did you concentrate on the main quest vs. doing side stuff? That will DEFINITELY have an effect on the length of the game. Yesterday morning I spent TWO HOURS alternating between smithing and doing community service because of all the burglary and breaking/entering charges I had against me.

I completed every quest and did almost all the achievements in the game within 25 hours. I even got all of the silver keys and gargoyles. I did have the advantage of starting with tons of money from the pub games exploit though.

But I can see how playing through the game at a different pace would change how long it felt. I pretty much zipped through the game in a few days back in October.

Yeah, I don't play like that. I read every book, read the description of every piece of junk I pick up (at least the first time), and try everything at least once. Hell, every once in a while I'll stop to throw the dog toys around or kick a few chickens. I also like to stop in the square and show off the severed heads of my enemies.

And I think I made a good decision not downloading Pub Games. I've actually enjoyed play Keystone with my daughter, and I could see where if you had downloaded Pub Games, you wouldn't play those games AT ALL inside the actual game.

Have you guys played the 3 on 3 NHL Arcade?

It costs $9.99 on the PSN, not sure how many points on the XBL.

Its a really fun game if you play a lot w/ other people in your house. I haven't tried it online.
