"Well Kyle," you may ask, " if the Chiefs offense is so bad, how are they undefeated this year?" That's an excellent question, thank you for asking. The answer is that the defense and special teams are much, much better than we thought.

I don't know if he can or not. That's being honest. There isn't a whole lot other than the Saints game, that really has shown that he can do that. Again, that defense of the Saints was no where near the level that Giants defense was.

Yeah, we're so spoiled with all of those playoff wins in the past two decades, and the franchise has been on the bleeding edge for years when it comes to knowing what it takes to win in this league. We should all just stick our head in the sand and act like it's Sept 2010 or Oct 2003 all over again. Why talk about the playoffs when we have perfectly nice September wins to remember?

The NFL has become a 9-7 league no matter what kind of offense you use. Mediocrity rules as far as wins/losses and that's just how the NFL wants it. It keeps excitement up. But yea, I do understand why fans like the wide open offenses.

There are ~6 teams every year that win 11+, ~6-8 that can't win 6, and everyone else is mediocre.... so, yes, it matters what kind of offense you use if you want to be in that top 6. Sure, it's entertaining, but it's also how you win.
