I'm very happy that we will be moving to a 1-gap 3-4!

It's amazing how much better the current personnel is when they are attacking vs. Crenneling. |

Yes, he's going to be the DC, but now you need a linebackers coach.

From today's @NYDailyNews: Rex Ryan could bring in Rob if Bob Sutton goes to Chiefs. Now hearing Sutton to be Chiefs DC http://nydn.us/VP2yj8 |

And thankfully Rob will want to be a DC somewhere and some team will take him in that capacity. IDK what we are going to do about our linebacker coach but I'm more nervous about getting the right GM

Only time will tell but he has DC experience, college head coach experience and runs the type of 3-4 the fans want... 1-gap system.
Dave I think he was talking about the Jets needing a LB coach now. |

I'm sure that there are other factors that led to these stats (poor coaching from the top, for instance), but I'd like the hire more if he'd already shown some success in the past. It's not as if he's going to get much in the way of support or direction from Reid, but I can't decide if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Time will tell! |

The guys on the Border Patrol are bumming about this.
They REALLY wanted a 4-3 defense. I just don't get it. |
