49ers have completed a trade with the Chiefs for Alex Smith, tho can't be official til March 12. Chiefs really made a commitment to Smith

I mean, Josh Freeman did the same thing to the Saints defense in his two outings versus it, basically (and was 2-0 vs. them).

this is sooo annoying to look at this over and over again.. Your using his 1 td 11 int rookie year... Which DEFINITELY skews those stats... I think its childish to try to use alex's first couple years in the league when your comparing him to cassel since cassel didnt start games for a team until 5 years after being in the league.

Basically since 2011, Cassel and Smiths careers have been going in opposite directions. I think just comparing their career stats doesn't tell you anything.
