Alcohol to be banned fron U of OKLAhoma Frats
The university also will set up a hot line for students to report violations, and will expand alcohol education programs.

I appreciate the fact that they feel they have to do something but a damn hotline to report violations.

What kind of an AH is going to call the hotline?
I went to a High School in Syracuse named Westhill. There was actually a group of parents called Westhill Cares that would show up at parties with camcorders and the police. The sad thing is that their kids were the ones that told them where to find the parties.
