100 Ugliest Cars of all time

I am surprised how many BMW's made the list.

I think the Gremlin and Mustang II should both be top ten.

Yeah, the article is clearly click bait with no intention of finding the ACTUAL ugliest cars.

He didn't have it very long so we didn't have it long enough to have problems with it. My grandparents had one of the first 4 door Citations. That thing was a piece of crap.

Gramps had the same thing, only at the other end of the spectrum. For his last 'go to work' car, he bought a base model 1980 Citation notchback with no options. AM radio, no air conditioning, manual windows, Iron Duke 4Cyl, manual trans.

Spartan, buy a very hearty car. Was still running in the mid-90s. Now it's in the back of dad's garage waiting on a fix-up.

'71 Monte Carlo FTW!

Is it weird that I can still tell the '70, '71, and '72 apart just by the signal lights? I had a '71 MC a long time ago. It was worn right the **** out before I bought it, but I loved that car.

Regarding the ugliest beasts, I came here specifically to accuse the Aztec, but it seems there are many that have come after it and equaled its craptitude.

I guess I'm gonna have to click the link to see what was 1-4.

Aztek should have been #1 by a mile, IMO.

EDIT: That was the dumbest 1-4 imaginable.

Growing up the get off my lawn old man had Rambler Ambassador and American that were butt ugly.

Vega and pinto were ugly. Plymouth Fury III next door neighbor had. That sucker was ugly but could scream. Dad had a Ford Torino not the fastback. And a Mercury Montego in light beige that was flat out silly looking.

I'm gonna have to sit my dad down now and ask him if he's a bigamist.

He had one Rambler after another when I was a kid, later a Torino, and a Montego, too.

Dad never had ramblers I intended to say the old man across street.

Dad actually bought Mom a Ford Anglia he called it the Damn English Ford. He got it as a grocery getter and it was the biggest piece of crap ever. He sold that thing in less than a year to some poor sap.

You ever see one of those 7 series that he specifically points out going down the road?

It's an ugly car.

There is no harmony in the line, particularly on the rear end, where the deck and brake light make a hard, high line that takes away from the visual aesthetic.

Like a lot of BMW's, in about 5 years, it's going to look extremely dated.
