The Big 12 has been weak for years except for Texas. Which is probably why Texas was able to climb the ladder. VT would be Missou, Colorado, Texas, Texas AM, Texas Tech, KU, OU, all of them on a neutral or home field. OU and Texas would be tough road wins.

Virginia Tech played 5 ranked teams and only lost tot the number 2 team losing to the #2 BC Eagles and #2 LSU Tigers. Their rematch against BC rectified that loss to BC. BC, UVA, and Clemson are all still ranked in the top 25.

KU is nearly as good as MU or possibly as good with a healthy Anthony Collins and James McClinton, plus a secondary that actually isn't missing two starters.

I think MU would kill a team like VTech, so why couldn't a balanced team like KU give them a game, let alone beat 'em?

Either way, this debate will be settled come January 3rd.

I think OU proved against Mizzou that you can have a ton of talent on offense, and be playing a secondary that is pretty good but not phenomenal, and a pass rush negates all the athleticism and everything else.
