Is that against the rules if the Chiefs allow a trade partner to get a ball park figure form Bowes agent?

Yup. The chiefs can work into the Trade language Give us a 3rd now but if you can sign him to a long term deal in the Off season the pick becomes a 2nd.

Nope "can't" do that. Tampering.

Can't in quotations because they do it anyway. I'm sure Bowe's agent has already talked to a few teams to gauge their interest.

I guess that part is redundant, anyway because Pioli knows what ballpark figures Bowe is shopping his services to and could share that with a trade partner team.

I Said Seahawks Titans and Vikings, all the other teams are out of the playoffs not gonna give up a pick for someone they can sign in the offseason.
