Real life issues this morning.

Lots of repercussions from the beef and jalapeno nachos (Los Bravos) enjoyed after my shopping venture, last night.

Lower cramping, burning anus 'incomplete' shits.

This is bullshit I don't need - on the day that I love to eat.

I had been worried and having darker stools over the last few days. However I was telling Direckshun I was pretty sure it was just a stomach bug.

& MAN was I right! Today I shat a 14"er with perfect aesthetics! It was dynamic! I call it coincidence, but ever since PGM quit forever, I've had about 3 (no exaggeration!) consecutive clean breakers, two which were darker.

Today we had a nice medium/light brown note.
