The West Coast is on Fire

I'm on the Northern Coast of CA and the air is filled with smoke everywhere. Ash on my car and the sun/moon is red. A friends house burnt down near hwy 299. Seems to be lots of fires everywhere. Anyone here dealing with this? We need some of that rain from Texas.

Can't we just have HAARP direct the stupid hurricane over the fires? It would take like 60-75 chemtrails at most....

Maybe they haven't thought of it or Trump has to tweet it first. Perhaps you should alert them.

Was just on vacation last week at the Columbia gorge outside of Portland. Prettiest place I've been in years. Hate to hear kids with firecrackers causing it to burn.

Nature has been doing this since way before man built homes in her burn path. It's how she refreshes.

Damn I was there two weeks ago after the eclipse - in the Redwood Parks. Glad this shit waited.

Do you ever drive down the Mattole Rd? I think that's the most scenic, unique road in the US. It's not even labeled a scenic byway. I'm guessing because it couldn't really handle the traffic of a lot of tourists? Also it's always pretty windy right? And probably foggy? I hit it on a rare sunny day last Thursday I think.

I wonder how much you could buy that house and property for?

I guess the latest fire in the Columbia Gorge was started by someone setting off fireworks. Idiots.

I've been out that way a few times. I'll agree it is an awesome road with great scenery. It can be foggy but mostly towards the coast. Lots of weed grown out there so best not to drive down any other roads if you're not local. Property is very cheap in some parts mainly because it's in the middle of nowhere. It's probably the cheapest CA coastline left.

Which makes no difference at all. One way or another it's going to burn at some point.

It's interesting that human activity gets lumped in with "nature." If that's the case, what isn't due to "nature"?
