What to do with $460 free dollars at Best Buy?
So a couple weeks ago, my laptop took a crap. The power socket broke off the motherboard, so I could no longer charge the laptop. Luckily, I'd bought the "Black Tie" warranty when I purchased the computer 3 yrs. ago. Beings I'd already had a few things repaired in the past, they decided it was time to cut their losses and give me an all new unit. Problem is, they no longer carry that laptop, so they said I get a comparable. Well, everything they have is superior to the laptop I bought. Then I asked about tablets, she asked her manager and he said, "Just get anything for less than what I paid or take in store credit and come back.

I bought the laptop 3 yrs. ago for $429.99, they even gave me back the tax, so I have $460 to spend. I can pay the difference if it costs more.

I'm looking for either a new laptop, tablet, or ipad. Really, to me, just a portal to Chiefsplanet, no real need for a disk drive. Anything at Best Buy, what do you recommend?

Laptop or tablet?

If laptop, what brand and why?

If tablet, Android or Apple? Why?

I know some of you were giddy about the Asus Transformer Prime, how is it better than the regular Transformer. Keep in mind, won't be gaming on it or anything.

I am usually an Apple hater, but when you have $460 you spent 3 yrs. ago, you can almost live the dream of owning Apple merchandise without actually having to give any money to Apple! Plus, less malware.

HELP ME! I'm sick of posting from my phone. Thank you all in advance!

I know this will probably end up in mediacenter, just wanted to benefit from as much traffic as possible.

Simply Red? KCFish? Anyone?

How about you skip the laptop and tablet and buy a bunch of Kingdom of Amular games to help RI recoup the $70 million they lost loaning it to Kurt Schilling.
