You think you have it bad?
I'm always fascinated with people's stories on CP, especially the stories of going through a rough time, it's motivating to read. There have been some very good stories in a couple of the threads on the main page, I was just looking to make a collective thread of them.

So I am really just looking to get some stories of what you've been through in your life that at the time seemed insurmounatble. Something that made you stronger over the long run, something that someone can read and get a little motivation to press on in their own lives. It can be anyting from financial issues, family issues, medical problems, whatever. It's always nice when you are feeling down and you read stories of people who went/are going through much worse issues, most people think no one has ever went what they are going through. Im not going through a tuff time, I know there are a lot of people that are, I just don't have any money like everybody else

WHen i was 29 4 years ago, i had health issues with circulation in my legs and my muscles pretty much deteriorated and i lost the ability to walk. Leave it up to the man thing for not going to the doctors when you think something could be wrong. Correcting the problem and rehab to learn to walk again was a ****ing bitch. When they used to stretch my leg muscles out i used to cry it hurt so bad. lol My eyes would just water instantly. It was tough.


Though, now i can walk again and its a distant memory. well not to distant. NOw, i cant sit still in 1 spot for long, i gotta get up every hour or so and let the blood flow lol
