Anybody have a wife (w/ kids) who works out?
My wife really wants to get back into shape after three kids (youngest is 14 months), but she's so busy it's hard to justify the expense of a gym membership. My wife works from home, two kids are in school/pre-school, and I work until 6 or 7 every night. How does your wife (or you ladies) find the time to consistently get in a workout 3/4 time a week?

Pilates and an excercise bike.

During the 120 degree weather I'll jump rope outside for an hour.

My wife takes our little fuckers on her daily run. Double jog stoller. If the weather is bad, she does some kind of yoga/PT exercise for some ungodly amount of time. Sometimes she does both, and the kids usually attempt to join in on the PT, which is pretty damn funny.

Yep. After I got out of the car business, I turned half my shop into a gym. It's a lot easier to walk out to the shop than have to drive to the gym. My wife works out 4-5 times a week on a regular basis.

YMCA has child care and kids classes. They are reasonable on family membership prices too.

I don't have a wife, or kids but I do have a stationary bike thing. It makes this weird noise when you peddle though so I don't ever use it.
