He is a good pass rusher and he's the same size as Ngata.

You have no idea what a prototypical DE is supposed to be, do you? So, after drafting Poe, having Powe, you want Williams? A guy that's going to have a harder time transitioning to the NFL than Poe? Three nose tackles? Two of whom are going to play the DE positions? That's great. |

Yeah, he's svelt as all get out. So, you're telling me that having three nose tackles is the correct choice for this team? |

Just because he's that big doesn't mean he's a NT. He can easily play DE. He's shown the speed to get to the QB all this week.

He's a shade under 6'2" and doesn't have long arms. He's not a defensive end by any stretch in any system. And the Senior Bowl always favors the defensive linemen - in the one on ones and the game itself. Add to that, he's coming out of a small school. His adjustment period to the NFL is going to be a long, slow, steep climb unless he's a prodigy level guy like Jared Allen. |

Even Dontari Poe has shorter arm length and many thought he would be a 3-4 DE like Haloti Ngata. I agree with the small school comparison though. You don't think he'd be a good developmental prospect in the late 3rd or 4th round?

Off the field troubles led to him going to a small school. |
