Those are usually hydrogenated and some have sugar in them.
I like natural or organic, even if the oil settles on top and has to be stirred. Much better for you. And.... I LOVE peanut butter. ( Especially Fluffernutter sandwiches. One of my favorite poisons is marshmellows. These must be added to the underrate foods thread.) |

One of the best sandwiches I've made was a fried PB sandwich with homemade bread (make it like a grilled cheese, but with PB in place of the cheese).
