I have no doubt it will hit me hard when all three of my kids leave for various reasons. As I move into my late 30's kicking and screaming, these kinds of life changes really move me. I tried to raise my daughter right, but she just didn't get it. So smart she got a free ride at the University of Hawaii including a penthouse in the dorm. So what did she do? Doubled up on her classes & got out early with a Masters. "Slow down!" I say. "Chill at the beach - its free," I say. But nooo.... kids these days...

My baby girl is only a couple of years away from leaving for college and I can't believe it. I'm already sad knowing that it is that close to happening.

So...I enjoy the time I have with her now as much as possible.
