There was a guy on the Missouri list that lived in a rental house right across the street from my house. He moved out about six months ago. I know his landlord. He stiffed the landlord for about four months in back rent.

He was a double rapist, convicted twice for raping teenaged girls, last offense was about ten years ago. Why he was out and on the street is beyond me. He had a live in girlfriend and was the prototypical, "quiet loner" kind of guy. He never said boo to anyone.

I was relieved when he moved out of the neighborhood. My next door neighbor has a 16-year old grand daughter who was around quite a bit. I was always worried for her safety. The neighbors were aware of this guy and what his past was, although it wasn't openly discussed.

Well, I don't remember what exactly they did and don't feel like looking. But, they don't live too far from Apache Blvd and the 101.

Hmm. I know at least one guy on the Missouri list in my hometown, and possibly two others, one of whom would be quite the surprise.

The guy I know for sure was actually a nice guy to me and we got along, but he was a terror in my high school. He was enormous, and he was volatile. He ended up accidentally shooting himself my junior year, and went to prison not long thereafter for some crime I can't recall.
