That is incredibly skinny. I just recently got under 165(161 now)which was my goal, but I'm also 5'8".

Pretty good. I have never been much overweight and the most I ever weighed was 183 about a year ago before I started going to the gym. I've had to work out of town a lot so I was eating out lunch and dinner a lot and was starting to get a spare tire. I got down to 170 fairly quick but it took me a while to lose the last 8-10 lbs. I just kept going to the gym and running a few miles and started eating less at night and cut down on the beer and pop(soda) and that's when I lost the rest. I probably don't eat as healthy as I should, so I've tried to exercise more to make up for me eating Mexican food all the time.

I've started running 5k's on the treadmill and just working on my time. Broke 30 minutes for the first time today. Hopefully I can keep up the motivation.

Not at all. You'll be fine. Keeping your pace DOWN will be more challenging. If you have a droid, get an arm band for it and download the Cardio Trainer app. It's the best free app of any kind I've ever seen.

So I've pretty much increased my weight on everything since I started, except for biceps workouts and triceps workouts. I don't know wtf is going on, maybe poor form.

smaller muscle groups dont increase like larger groups. 5lbs a week added to arm movements addes up over the long run.
