Did anyone see the interview after the game?

I didn't get to watch most of the game, but I got to see the highlights and interview after the game. They interviewed the one of the Pat's Defensive backs, the one that made the interception, I am not sure what his name is, but he was basically saying he knew EXACTLY what we (our offense) was going to do on every play and that is how he made the int. Is this true? Was it STILL the same old crap? Is that why Elvis perhaps could not throw down field in that last drive for fear of interception? Is Raye ultimately to blame? I really wouldn't doubt it. If he had the choice of throwing an interception, or maybe dumping it off for Gonzales to run in, or perhaps get to the LOS for a quick down to stop the clock, I could understand. Either way, it's a rough decision to make when the OC puts you in that position.

I would guess that the biggest reason we've lost 5 in a row is because our offense is so predictable....when we ran everyone knew we were going to run...now that we pass, everyone knows we are going to pass...and JR doesn't have a creative bone in his body so it would be pretty easy for an opposing team to pick up on our tendencies...pretty easy to beat one demensional teams...still...given that...if our D was better we still win 3 of the 5 games...that I blame directly on Kurt...

I thought that the interception was a result of Grbac not getting much on the ball. I am not making excuses for him, it was a bad throw, but I thought it looked as though Morris (?) was open deep and Grbac just didn't get the zip on the ball necessary to get it over the defender's head. It seemed to hang up there in the air for ages while the CB adjusted himself to it. I figured we'd hear something about his injured finger in relation to that weak throw.

Having said that, it doesn't mean I don't believe we're predictable! Just that Grbac made a poor throw (injury-related or otherwise) that any DB could have intercepted IMO.

The Patriots’ defender was blowing smoke.

Morris was behind him on the play and Grbac under-threw the ball. Kudos to the Patriot for not dropping the ball that landed in his hands, but he was beaten and got a gift from Grbac.
