Where would you most like to move? (continental U.S. only)

So the plan is, in 25 months when Mrs. Z gets her Master's, we are planning to move to Biloxi MS. Biloxi is right on the Gulf- we've vacationed there many times over the last decade, and decided after our last visit that Biloxi is where we want to make our home. We are very excited and can hardly wait for it to happen.

Which got me thinking- where in the continental US would you most like to live? Be realistic- take into account real factors like cost of living, property values, job prospects, quality of schools, climate, geography, etc.

Include a pic of your desired location if you like:

I was overreacting I reckon. Of course my body would get used to it, but Sunday football starting at 10 am!?! I don't think I could ever get used to that.

Orange Co, CA is a very real possibility for me in the next 2-4 years. A little busy but I like the proximity to the beach, the mountains, and the women. LOL

Early morning football is awesome. In the mountain time zone I can watch the early game at 11 and the late game at 2 and then I still have the whole evening from 5:00 on (unless I then watch the Sunday night game). Sweet.

And I travel to California semi-regularly, and the 10:00 games are even better. I can go to a sports bar and watch the first hour without guilt, and then order an early lunch. It works great. I think I would strongly prefer it over watching from 1:00 to 7:00 in the eastern zone.

I was in Hawaii last year and that might be the ultimate. Get up, go to a sports bar, eat breakfast while you watch the game, and then have a full day to do other stuff. It's like having the advantage of football and the offseason simultaneously.

I love the idea of no snow, no constant thunderstorms, and I can plant (climate appropriate) my yard ONCE and have it last for years instead of having to redo it every spring...

Sounds great! Only problem is I tend to do Jack and shit on Sundays so the extra time would be unnecessary.

Seriously though, it doesn't sound near as bad after how you put it, but it still may as well be another country. I have absolutely zero family west of Ohio.
