The Vikings organization and the NFL could be sued if any of this is true from the special teams coordinator.

I can't imagine the depths of lawsuits that would accrue if any leader in my organization said some of the things that the special teams coordinator said.

Not to turn this into a Duck Dynasty/religion conversation but you can have your opinion, you just can't say those vile things ("nuke it until it glows") while representing your organization.

Possibly because they didn't want to deal with the backlash of someone who is outspoken for gay rights. They prefer to cater to those who bash them and criticize.

I genuinely find it fascinating for people to accuse the other side of being intolerant, when every side seems to be intolerant of the other's anymore. Why make that argument when you yourself are being intolerant? That's directed at pretty much everyone, not just one person, despite how it's worded.

Teams will keep wife beaters, dick pic messengers, drug addicts, and any other number of things on their teams. I highly doubt thats what is causing Kluwe problems keeping a punting job. Fact of the matter is, he's gotten workouts with other teams since he got cut again by the Raiders. He hasn't landed a job.

That's what it looks like through the filter of a bigot. This is closer to reality:

1. People that express a non-hateful opinion based on a traditional, mainstream Christian viewpoint shouldn't be considered haters. You know, there's a difference between saying something is sinful and saying you hate the sinner.

2. People who speak out on controversial political topics against their bosses wishes and to the perceived detriment of their employer should understand that there may be consequences, including potential termination.
