He gets hit by a defender and his helmet collides with another defender's helmet. He dropped to the ground and his arms were pretty stiff like he was knocked out, and he looked out of it when the camera focused on his face.

I was fully expecting a separated shoulder, broken collarbone, sprained AC joint, hell, even some broken ribs.
