Chiefs will beat Denver

I have faith in Andy Reid, he's going to have this team ready to play. Even without Houston/Hali our D will step up and hold the Donks under 30. Andy will open it up again, and the offense will have another good game scoring 30+. We're banged up, but so are they and an inspired defense/insane crowd will send fivehead home wondering wtf just happened.

This isn't a troll thread by the way, I seriously think we'll win this game.

Demps has been a hair away from 3 different INTs in the past couple weeks. He's also been late for help and taking some shitty ass angles lately.

I like that he's always near the ball but maybe we need to give Abdullah some more reps. I'm not sure if he's just rarely on the field or what, but I rarely ever find myself cursing at him for making a bad play.

I think with more PT some of that will be corrected...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

We need some bounces to go our way again. The ball has just not been bouncing correctly such as Mathews' fumble or the few tipped balls yesterday, especially the one by Berry that was in the air forever. Then in the game against Denver there were some tipped balls and and overthrow that we just missed. We need those bounces back in our favor.

Rodgers-Cromartie and Knowshon both looked like they were hurt fairly bad for Denver yesterday. Any news on if they are going to be playing?

I'm with SR on this.

If Sutton is worth a shit, there's no reason why he can't make this D work with Zombo.

Hell, Dom Capers did it.
