I don't think what you're wanting to do is possible without involving additional software besides Outlook. Especially if you have no control over the customer's e-mail systems.

Yeah, it's probably possible by creating an outlook template and sending it to everyone (or pushing through administrative templates)...but I don't recommend it, it seems like you are trying to use e-mail to do too much.
It seems like it would be easier to just set up a simple website with that stuff. If you feel so inclined, Access can create a template and when replied to can automatically add the information to the database. http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/mso...ook-e-mail/375

Yes, the more I research, the more I find that the things I am wanting to do would only be (possibly) possible in house.
Next step I guess is to start researching salesforce.com and other such websites or setting up a simple one as Saul suggested. |

Learn some VB. Depending on your version of Outlook, Forms Scripting is pretty robust.
