Terry Lee Bailey kinda turns me on, you don't have to agree with her... but she atleast seems to follow the goings on, gotta love that! gimme a call, sweety!
Vincent Jackson is just fine with Rivers or whoever at the bucs, but he's not whats needed with Smith at all, we all know that... the upshot is that these "separation" types that Smith needs are good for any QB... and we'll have someone else in a year or two. Devin Smith is Wallace? as far as skills, attitude... or both? |

He can run more than one route quite well actually. He runs the primary routes in the WCO extremely well. He finds holes in zones and sits extremely well. Just because the team used him primarily deep doesn't mean he can't run other routes. He didn't always get the ball as a result of those efforts, but that doesn't mean he lacks the skill. Not that I've ever watched him play or anything...

The great Maxx is not apart of the discussion. you said you don't take a te at 18. Graham, gonzo, gates, gronk are just a handful of tes well worth the 18. Had you said Maxx I would've said nothing. I don't follow college football because its a joke. So I don't play the who's better coming out ta college because I don't give a shit. But the te in ttoday's offenses is well worth the pick if the player is good.

Why would you take a TE in the first round with Travis Kelce? I understand the need to get a reliable #2 TE, but not in round 1. There are plenty of those types in the draft in rounds 3-5.
The Chiefs have likely impending needs at CB (Sean Smith), ILB (Derrick Johnson), OLB (Justin Houston), DE (DeVito/Howard), RT (Stephenson/Sherrod, might be immediate), WR2 (I'd venture to say immediate), and SS (Abdullah/Branch). Those are positions I'd be focusing on more so than TE where the Chiefs have 3 guys that have been in the system a couple years now (Kelce, Gordon, Harris). |

CB or OLB/DE if one of the top 3 WRs doesn't fall.
