Hali and Chiefs agree on a contract.

5 year deal with 6 mil guaranteed. I didn't think Carl was going to leave town without him.

Both sides seem very happy to get the deal done and the Chiefs are expecting Hali to be favored as the starter with the ageing Hicks rotating in to give him a breather and also in certain running situations.

The Chiefs think Hali is the real deal and will make a natural progression to the NFL. They paid above the slotted amount??? His work ethic has impressed KC so far and feel he is much faster than they hoped for. He has a long way to go on the learning curve, but has done very well in drills. Gun seems to just love the kid....., blah blah blah my friend on the West Coast didn't hear the rest.

I hope this is true.

And it sounds like a false one at that. 6 mil for a bonus would be below the slotting by about 1 million.
Hali does not speak english too well-how did you think it was going to turn out-lol

I stand by my numbers-so far the 5 years is getting posted as fact.
