Technically they're more like calzones.....

True story - the first time I saw a calzone in Chicago, I said, "Hey, they've got ronzas here!" Everybody looked at me like I was reeruned.

And I've never had a calzone anywhere in Chicago that's as good as Pagliai's ronza.

Aside from calzones, have you tried all of the famous Chicago pizza stops? I've made one trip to Chicago and we went to Giordano's because that's what everyone recommended. I wanted to try the original pizza place(Gino's East, I believe), but I was outvoted. Any thoughts on pizza in Chicago for me to keep in mind next time?

I've been to most of them over the years. Gino's East is the best, IMO. Lives up to the hype. I'm also rather fond fo Edwardos.

ate Giordano's last Saturday night. our group ordered pizza and my son said it was great. I just ate wings and drank a shitload of 312. staggered across the street back to the hotel.

I assume they bought it from a friend, who bought it from a friend that had a brother that was old enough to buy alcohol. Isn't that how most teenagers get alcohol?

True....brings up all sorts of questions about parenting though. I'm guessing originally they didn't want all that dirty laundry to come out.

Teenagers push boundaries, whether that is alcohol, drugs, sex, etc., and no parent is going to stop that. The sheriff says that the girl wouldn't testify and the girl and her mom say he is lying so who knows the truth.

I still wonder if they had confessions from the boys, the phones which allegedly had video of the act, and a medical examination that confirmed the rape, why is testimony from either girl completely necessary?
