Hard to believe he's fallen so far. He was the toast of Atlanta when he first came into the league. I actually bought my Braves fan wife a Francoeur autographed baseball for Christmas one year. We still have it.

I guess I'd increase the value by erasing his signature.

Depends if they pick him up off waivers or wait til he clears waivers. If they pick him up off waivers they get his contract and each team will pay the pro rated portion he served for them, I believe.
