The biggest play of the Browns game.

The score is 20-17.

The Browns have the football at the Chiefs 36 with 11:04 left. It is 1st and 10.

They run a dive play and McGahee trundles through a hole for a 9-yard gain.

But wait! There's some laundry on the field. The Browns are flagged for holding. The 9-yard gain is wiped out, making it 1st and 20. Justin Houston gets a sack on the next play, Eric Berry stuffs the running back on the play after that, and the Browns eventually punt.

All because of one little holding call drawn by Mike DeVito, who had inside position on Joe ****ing Thomas, of all linemen, due to his incredible strength and leverage.

If DeVito doesn't get inside on Joe Thomas and hold his ground, the Browns are going to at least tie the game with a field goal attempt from the 27. Maybe they take the lead by throwing in Sean Smith's direction, etc. Who knows how our offense would have responded, how Alex Smith would have freaked out by the sight of a team scoring 24 points.

Nope, not today. All because of one man.

Mike DeVito. Savior of the Kansas City Chiefs. Honor him.

Whoops.

I don't know what you want me to say. Your whole thing is to keep bringing up something that happened back in july. maybe even before that.

That's all you got. You follow me around like some lost little puppy, begging for my attention.

After a while though its like of like a baby crying, that isn't yours, and you just tune it out.

That's where we are.

I have NEVER picked out a post you have made and commented on it.

If you never made yourself known, I would never ever even acknowledge you exist.

But since we are where we are.

I never did find out. When did Nickelback become so hated. Clearly I missed something.

The last thing I heard was they made that song Photograph, and it was a huge hit.

Now they are HATED?

If Devito isn't held that is stopped for no gain.

I agree that this was the critical play. I attributed the loss (from my Brownies' perspective) to Thomas' three penalties and the Bess fumble.

Though, I gotta say, with some of the stuff the Chiefs were getting away with on the line, this was a pretty weak call. Thomas' hands were in the middle of Devito's chest when he tipped over. Savvy move to draw the flag.

Devito blew up the play, though. Didn't move from his spot and forced McGahee to cut back in. He still made good yardage since the SILB whiffed.

The biggest play of the browns game that enabled the chiefs to win was when their rookie QB got injured and forced Campbell to start for them.

Which rookie QB would that be? You are terrible at this.
