I'm skipping family time/post-Christmas shopping today and having Pizza Glen by myself. Because priorities. |

I've had Giordano's in Chicago and Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix. Still can't beat true NY style from many pizzeria's in NYC.

By a mile! They would would pay for your pizza if you could eat a medium alone in a half hour, I never came close. They packed on the meat and cheese. Over time, I guess because of cost they started becoming more and more like their competition. When the first opened it was amazing, and the best pizza I have ever had in any place I have been~

Gino's in Chicago.
There's a lot of good pizza in KC, granted I'm not all that picky when it comes to pizza.

There's a lot of pretty good pizza in the Des Moines area.
In Ankeny, Wig and Pen and Leaning Tower are both good. Felix and Oscars makes a great pan pizza. Chuck's, Sconovacca's, Fong, Big Tomato... There really is a lot of good pizza here. I'd be hard pressed to name a best.
