If they can help Davis develop as a receiver, he could be something.
His combination of size and speed is very impressive.

Look at him. You're not putting 30 pounds on him.

Furthermore, he's an ace gunner and is always around the ball in kick coverage. You try to beef him up and you neutralize the biggest thing he brings to the team.

They don't need him to play safety but every team needs guys that can knock the shit out of returners.
