Apparantly They changed Yoda over to all CGI in this cut. Phantom Menace was the last movie with a puppet Yoda. Of course Lucas added a few other new scenes as well.
Lucas cant quit these movies, and probably never will be able to.

I enjoyed the prequels, but holy crap the Yoda puppet in Ep1 was horrible. I just don't understand how you can go from the most realistic looking puppet in film history (Yoda in Ep5 and Ep6) to that piece of crap. I fully support covering him up with CGI.
