I bought a pair of moccasins from Famous Footwear on line. Ordered one pair of men's XL. Placed the order last Tuesday. Order showed up in USPS today. Nice shoes. Only problem is, they are a men's small, not XL.

OK, I'll return them I'm thinking to myself. Go online, download the form for return. They make the customer pay the return shipping!

Even though they screwed up and sent the wrong thing, they expect their customers to pay for the return! I've been in customer service for over 25 years. When my company makes a shipping mistake, we pay the shipping to get the item back. It's not fair to a consumer to have to pay more because the vendor made a mistake.

Needless to say, I won't be buying online from these bozos again. I advise all my CP pals to avoid buying online from Famous Footwear until they change this policy!
