That's one of the beautys of getting old is you get that "old man" strength. The guy in my gym that one the NPC Missouri overall is probably around 45. It's pretty inspiring as you do get older to see somone 13 years old in that kind of shape.

Yup. The strongest raw guy walking the face of the earth right now is Stan Efferding and he's 44 I believe.
